5.1 The committee constituted under sub-section 4.1 shall be a self-governing and organized body with unbroken succession. 5.2 The Committee shall have its own separate seal. 5.3 The committee may acquire, use, sell or dispose of movable and immovable property like individuals. 5.4 The committee can file a complaint in its own name as well as an individual and can also file a complaint in the same name.
